About Natascha (retreat leader)

Natascha is a free spirit, creative rebel, traveler and identity coach.

About Fabienne (yoga & spaceholder)

Fabienne found her purpose in a spiritual community: to get people moving with sensitivity. Since then, she has been moving people to a healthier, happier lifestyle through heart-connected yoga, Pilates and dance moments.

Her sensitivity and empathy respect your condition always.

Movement and dance release blockages and activate the self-healing powers.

Fabienne believes in the formula: “Balance in body and mind = balanced soul = health”.

Her greatest teacher for the past 3 years has been her son. Thanks to him, Fabienne lives more consciously in the moment and experiences daily growth.

FAQ

Is there a set schedule for the retreat or how does it work?

Yes, there will be a fixed schedule. This will bring calmness and structure into the week. This is a possible example:

09:00 Morning Yoga/Meditation
11:00 Brunch
2:00 p.m. Session
6:00 p.m. Dinner
8:00 p.m. Activity/session
9:30 p.m. Healing meditation for integration & sleep

The schedul will be more or less the same every day. You will also have enough time for yourself.

We will always be together as a group in all the spaces. this is how you can benefit the most. Both the sessions and the yoga, meditation and healing blocks will support you holistically in getting to know and communicating your desires and boundaries.

I’ve never been on a retreat, I’ve just heard about it many times. How do I know this is for me?

Basically, you can trust your intuition. If you are interested and feel like you would like to be part of it, then sign up.

A retreat is a wonderful opportunity to take time for yourself and, in combination with being and doing, to get to know yourself, other people and life better and at the same time transform blockages and limiting belief patterns. You are in a space where you will feel safe to be yourself, which is often not the case in the everyday life. That’s why incredible healing can happen in a retreat week. At the same time, you don’t have to worry about everyday things and can concentrate fully on yourself.

Why does the retreat last 7 days and others only 4 days?

I want you to be able to really dive deep into your subconscious. This requires time and a space in which you feel safe.

1 – 2 days of relaxation and excursions

So there are only 3 full days left in which you can completely relax and dive deep.
